Officer
We are currently seeking an experienced Security Officer to join our team in our Boca Raton, FL location.
About Us:
Our Security team is privately owned by a Home Owners’ Association for a well-established Community of over 650 homes in Boca Raton, Florida. They are State of Florida certified armed officers who patrol the community and respond to emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, performs various activities as armed security officers in the enforcement of By-Laws and the prevention of crime and protection of life and property for a Home Owners Association Community; performs other related duties as required.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Patrols the Community in security vehicles to service the residents and enforce the by-laws; respond to resident complaints; interview crime, accident and disturbance witnesses/victims; check unoccupied homes; direct traffic flow.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Possession of a valid State of Florida motor vehicle operator’s license, State of Florida class “D” security license
- State of Florida class “G” firearms license
- CPR certification
- AED certification
