Description:
To provide exceptional service to guests and residents while enforcing Associations Rules and Regulations, informing violators of infractions and reporting to management.
Requirements:
- Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard.
- Must have flexible schedule with ability to work weekends.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish Highly Desired.
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation, (prolonged standing, running, climb stairs at a rapid pace, ability to grasp, lift, and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing 50+/- pounds).
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Must successfully pass a background screening which will include all criminal record checks.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- CPR / AED Certification.
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide evidence of documentation.
- Must have a valid State of Florida D License AND “G” LICENSE.
- Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Minimum 2 years supervisor experience.
- Must have reliable transportation.
