Lost Tree features homes on the Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway with a golf course. Lost Tree Village is a 24 hour guarded community with a In-House Security Department providing residents with the utmost sense of security.

Applicants for the Armed Security Officer Lost Tree Village:
- Have good customer service
- Personality
- Professionalism
- Clean cut and groomed
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to obtain the State of Florida Security D License for unarmed security
- Must be able to obtain the the Florida Armed Security License
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must not use illegal drugs. Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must submit to a background check
- Must have a valid drivers license
