Private Investigator & Recovery Advisory Council (PIRSAC)
Invictus President Patrick Miller has been appointed to the Florida Security Advisory Council. Patrick was appointed by the State of Florida Division of Licensing, Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Private Investigation, Recovery and Security Advisory Council (PIRSAC). Patrick will represent the PIRSAC Advisory Council for security and training for a 4 year term. Patrick has over 17 years of combined security experience from serving Honorably in the United States Marine Corps, Government Security and in the Private Florida Security Sector.

The PIRSAC Advisory Council makes recommendations to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Licensing on legislative issues regarding the Florida Security, Investigative, and Recovery industries. The PIRSAC Council is also responsible for advising the Division on licensure, ways to protect the public from unethical business practices, the regulation of industries under F.S 493 and security training. Patrick is very active in the private security industry throughout Florida and he is also the Vice Chairman of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) Palm Beach Chapter. Patrick continues to support his Military community by serving on the board of directors for the Wounded Warriors of South Florida.
In accordance with Chapter 493.6104, F.S, the department established an advisory council known as the Private Investigation, Recovery, and Security Advisory Council, which is composed of 11 members. Council members are appointed by the Commissioner for a four-year term.
The council meets four times yearly to advise the department and make recommendations relative to the regulation of the security, investigative and recovery industries.
