Main
responsibilities:
- Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle/golf cart.
- Monitors community for rule violations, alarms and any unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
- Monitors entrances to the community and permit entry for authorized personnel only.
- Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
- Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Ideal candidate:
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
- Possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment, alarm monitoring system, cctv system.
- Ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Varying shifts, days, nights and weekends
- Must be able to pass background screening, drug testing
