Officers will receive excellent pay and free uniforms that are professionally cleaned and delivered to the site.

All Security Officers must meet the following criteria:

  • Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard.
  • Must have flexible schedule with ability to work weekends.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Neat and professional appearance.
  • Must successfully pass a background screening.
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide evidence of documentation.
  • Must have a valid State of Florida D License (and Armed Security G License for Patrol)
  • Must have a valid Florida Drivers License.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

IMPORTANT: If you do not possess a class “D” security officer license issued by the Florida Division of Licensing (DOL), please contact Invictus on how to obtain a  Security D license.
